Kerry Vincent is one of the stars of the cake decorating world. Her timeless book, the best-selling Romantic Wedding Cakes is considered a classic in its niche. Kerry was co-founder of the nonprofit Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show and served for several years as the International Publicity Director for the annual ICES show (the main cake decorating exhibition in the US). Kerry was instrumental in the creation of The Grand National Wedding Cake Competition, founded in 1996, and its subsequent collaboration with Food Network TV where the event is aired in the United States and 150 nations worldwide. In 2004, Kerry was inducted into the International Cake and Sugarcraft Hall of Fame in Washington, DC. She was nominated and elected by her peers from 27 countries around the world for her service to the community at large and for the invention of two sugar-craft techniques.

Since 2003, Kerry has adjudicated 154 reality television competitions that have aired around the world, including 'Last Cake Standing.' Kerry was selected as one of two judges for the 'Great Australia Bake Off'.
