She then provides a series of excellent ideas for churches to use in creative evangelism with talks and suggestions for activities. Many churches offer 'Wednesday Afternoon Fellowship': she describes how these can be given a shot of adrenaline. Holidays may be too expensive or too taxing, so how about setting up a 'holiday at home'? Dramas for older audiences are much in demand, so six scripts are included. Many older people are quite shy and lonely: Rhena suggests dozens of coversations, openings, shared activities etc to break the ice and provide a basis for friendship. A chapter of testimonies makes very joyful reading.
