Synopsis

This text is Written to enable students to test with speed and accuracy whether they have a sound working knowledge of the main principles of contract law and the leading cases. One of a series of multiple choice tests (MCTs), it contains two MCTs, each one comprising 60 questions. Each MCT should be completed in two and a half hours, which gives two and a half minutes per question. When the tests have been completed the student is aded to look at the answers and identify weaknesses and gaps in their knowledge.
