À propos de l'auteur

Rachel Foulger, Sue Smallwood and Marion Aust work together in a Suffolk PRU (Pupil Referral Unit), where Marion is the headteacher and Sue is her teaching deputy. Rachel runs the Behaviour Support Service team from the PRU. All of the team have a background working in mainstream schools and are constantly in touch with teachers, helping them to support challenging children in their classes.
