Synopsis
This book takes the principles of how to enhance learning, as established in many other books in this series, one step further. It applies these principles to staff, to staff development and finally to management and leadership. It seeks out, and applies, a coherence of approach to the whole learning community. Furthermore it explains how the American Critical Skills Programme incorporates all the key principles of learning in a comprehensive, practical and outstandingly effective teaching programme, which can also be used to promote staff and organisational development. NEP are holding conferences throughout England and Scotland on the Critical Skills Programme

À propos de l?auteur
Colin Weatherley is a former secondary headteacher in West Lothian amd Edinburgh. In 1998 he discovered CSP in an American INSET video series. Network Educational Press were so impressed with the videos and other CSP materials that they negotiated the exclusive rights to promote CSP in the UK and asked Colin to take on the role of UK Critical Skills Manager.'
