Will Thomas is a highly regarded performance coach and trainer with national and international experience. A career in personnel management with Marks & Spencer was followed by a successful teaching career in which he head his faculty to significant improvements in performance. He now runs a training and coaching organization and is a consultant to Alite. Will holds a masters degree in mentoring and counselling and is an accredited coach. He is co-author of the Head of Department Pocketbook. Will works with businesses, schools and individuals to support personal and professional development.
