Synopsis

Tim Padfield MA(Cantab) LLM(London) is Copyright Officer, Curator of Photographs and Secretary of the Lord Chancellor's Advisory Council on National Records and Archives, at the National Archives, Kew. He is chair of the Libraries and Archives Copyright Alliance, and a member of the Museums Copyright Group executive committee.
