Tony Booth is an experienced estate agent with his own practice in the north-west of England. He is an Associate Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has been a successful private sector investor for many years. He was the founding editor of the LETter, a magazine providing information and advice to private sector landlords and property investors. He is also a regular feature writer for The Letting Update Journal.
