Iain Banks (1954-2013) came to widespread and controversial public notice with the publication of his first novel, The Wasp Factory, in 1984. The jackets main detractor is that the picture on the spine cover is significantly faded. Small nick/ loss of laminate where the top of the front meets the front flap.
