Claire Lea runs her own consultancy business, Charis Consultants Ltd, which provides governance support, advice and training to a diverse range of NHS organisations, including bespoke training packages. She is the non-executive director for the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and an associate of the Good Governance Institute. An associate member of ICSA, Claire previously wrote the Health Service Governance study text for the ICSA CSQS programme.
