This is a pre-1923 historical reproduction that was curated for quality. Quality assurance was conducted on each of these books in an attempt to remove books with imperfections introduced by the digitization process. Though we have made best efforts - the books may have occasional errors that do not impede the reading experience. We believe this work is culturally important and have elected to bring the book back into print as part of our continuing commitment to the preservation of printed works worldwide. Hardcover. Etat : Near Fine. Etat de la jaquette : Near Fine. 1st Edition. First of the Spellmount edition (Number Line to 1). This book was originally published in either 1830 or 1835. You can see the black covers of the book itself in the photographs provided. They are very clean and unworn. The gilt lettering on the spine is very bright (Note that the light white vertical line in the photos of the covers can be seen above and below the book as well. It's not on the book. It's a recent scanner issue). The page edges of the book are very clean. The gray inside covers and end papers are in perfect condition. The book is square, straight, and very solidly bound with nicely tight pages throughout. These pages are quite bright and are free of any soiling. I did not see any creasing or dogeared corners. There are no markings. There are no attachments. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in this book. You can see the dust jacket in the first few photographs. It is also very clean. It is NOT price-clipped, not clipped at all. There are no tears. There's a little bit of crinkling at the top edge of the spine and at the top right-hand corner of the front. The jacket will be fitted with a protective cover. N° de réf. du vendeur 001800
