Synopsis
Helen Dafter's books describe how to create evocative representations of favourite garden flowers in silk ribbon embroidery. This second volume of "Embroidered Treasures for Silk Ribbon" contains a range of projects, including a toiletry bag, a child's dress, a draught bolster and a serving tray. To give her designs extra depth and colour, the author has painted pale wash backgrounds on her fabric before embroidering.
