Since its inception in 2010, Campion Hruby Landscape Architects and its creative team have designed hundreds of gardens across the United States' mid-Atlantic region and beyond. CHLA’s gardens are inspired by experience and imagination, and they forge connections between people, architecture, and land. The firm exercises a modern aesthetic to create places of unique and simple beauty and works with sustainable methods to create landscapes that endure. Based in Annapolis, Maryland, CHLA’s work has been widely published and honoured with awards from throughout the mid-Atlantic region. It has been recognised for gardens large and small, urban and rural, modern and traditional. While the team has evolved and grown, CHLA’s goal has always been the same: to connect people with the land through a process of joy, humour, and creative collaboration.
