Sandy Van Dijk Sandy van Dijk is the co-founder of Over the Rainbow with her sister Lesley Waterkeyn. She is the COO of Over the Rainbow a social enterprise that offers support, training and connections for entrepreneurs. The challenge of starting a business has given Sandy first-hand experience of what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

Lesley Waterkeyn Lesley Waterkeyn is the Group CEO at CWDi. She was the CEO of Colourworks, who recently merged with Designers Ink, now known as CWDi. Lesley has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience who steered the transformation of Colourworks from a small print agency to a fully-integrated marketing agency, specialising in strategic brand experiences. She is an active member of the world's largest peer-to-peer entrepreneurial network, Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO). Amongst many other accolades, Lesley was recently an Africa's Women of Influence 2015 finalist and 2015 Fairlady Women of the Future (South Africa).
