The author of these 249 pages died in 1986, so the work was completed by the Society of St. Columban. St. Patrick's letters are described as the oldest documents of Irish literary heritage. The work is presented essentially three languages Latin, English and Irish Gaelic. UNillustrated but there are at least 4 letters laid in. LEARN more about : Trinity of the Sacred Name, Pelagianism, and eternal damnation. Cond : Boards are bright red with gilt lettering - spine only. End-papers are white. D.J. is muted salmon colour with red lettering. D.J. illustration is of an ancient manuscript. D.J. has tiny points of wear. Volume is clean tight and bright. The only flaw being name address and phone number of a p/o on ffep. Collectible religious reference.
