Hardcover. Etat : Fair. Etat de la jaquette : Good. 1st Edition. Dispatch usually within 72 hours. I normally post Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Postage assumes a book weighing up to a kilogram. If postage is beyond that, we will contact you and discuss. NOTE THAT THERE ARE SEPARATE POSTAGE RATES FOR EUROPE, INCLUDING REPUBLIC OF IRELAND. 256 pages. A comprehensive history of both the quarries, operations and their railways. Illustrated throughout with black and white photographs, and well drawn maps. Mr Tonks appears to have done for Ironstone what james Boyd did for slate! Fifth part of a considerable series. Although we describe the cover as merely "Good" it is intact, but has slight scuff marks which will probably not show up in our photographs. The main body of the book has come adrift from the binding - see photos - it just needs gluing - but I decided not to trust my octogenarian hands to do a good job, so I leave that to the buyer, who will get a book otherwise a more than satisfactory volume. Too good a volume not to pass on to someone with an interest in the subject. N° de réf. du vendeur 2607017
