In his search for truth about reality and consciousness, he read thousands of books, experimented with dozens of “paths,” made many personal discoveries, and created a science-based dynamic model of consciousness that explains how reality is created. He was president of seven high school organizations, a Methodist minister at age 16, a beatnik poet at age 19, finished college as an English major, married, had a son, was a child welfare social worker, led a group for an Indian guru, edited a company magazine, freelanced as a writer-photographer, was a city beat news reporter, edited two trade magazines, owned a print shop, published a trade paper, was a city department administrator, built an ad agency, was a financial planner, created a new religion, built a popular web site, authored fourteen books, was a computer consultant, taught English in Tokyo and Beijing, and built an eBay business.
