Mayr Boros has survived pancreatic and breast cancer. Her work with art and the labyrinth have provided both focus and healing during her recoveries. Readers will embark on their own remarkable journeys of light in the colors, shapes, paths, and simple words of prayer on these pages. Original beautiful art work by Mayr includes paintings and textile art. Each piece of art has a corresponding prayer/meditation. White space surrounds the prayer. The space can be used as a journal for thoughts, questions, prayers, etc. Labyrinths are large enough to use for personal (finger) meditation. Colors are calming, healing.
