Jane Appell, PhD is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Concord, Massachusetts. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Tufts New England Medical Center and the president of Massachusetts Association of Guardians Ad Litem. She has over 30 years of experience working as a therapist with children, adults, couples and families at all stages of the divorce process. In addition to providing psychotherapy, she specializes in working with high-conflict divorcing families as mediator, parenting coordinator, divorce coach or child custody evaluator. She frequently conducts training programs and speaks at professional conferences concerning divorce. The remarried mother of two children, she resides in Massachusetts.
