Synopsis

Imagine a reality of always having to hide in order to attain survival. Now visualize this being kept from you at the start of your own birth. Chrome, an immature gryphon is subject to a clandestine truth: a fact that his undeveloped mind cannot translate. Across the frontier, a young vulpine named Forjah is in absolute sanctification. Life is completely the way he has always known it to be—not acknowledging the veil that has enshrouded his upbringing. This universe is a far departure from the imagined parallels by even the most creative. In a time that is not of the past, nor future. This all happens now. In this universe, developmental maturation is not of age but of change. For young to progressively mature, their bodies and minds adaptively respond to their environments and encounters. This results in them becoming hybrids of various combinations of biological, psychological, and supernatural. "Not from the past . . . Nor into the future . . . This all happens now."
