Esther Trevino, MFCC, is a licensed marriage, family, and child counselor and director of counseling for Accredited Psychological Consultants, specializing in assessment and treatment of individuals with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. She lives in Sonoma, California. Richard A. Dimatteo is a freelance illustrator who lives in western Massachusetts.
