Robert Crumb is a legend in comix. Loved and hated internationally, he is one of the founders of alternative comix in the 1960s. Controversial, to put it mildly, he satirized every institution with smashed taboos. Crumb has become an icon of the American underground of the 1960s to comix fans and pop culture buffs. He lives in France, illustrating and designing books and records.
