The Weavers Way and the Angles Way stretch for a total of 214 kilometres (134 miles) from Cromer to Great Yarmouth, and via Oulton Broad and the Waveney Valley to Knettishall Heath near Thetford. Utilizing a combination of country footpaths, an old railway line and riverside walks, the route takes the walker through several historical estates, including Blickling Hall, the former home of Anne Boleyn. The Ways go through a number of nature reserves, ranging from the small Butterfly Reserve at Felmingham to the National Nature Reserve at Redgrave & Lopham Fen. A large section of the walk is through The Broads, Britain's newest National Park, and a feature of the Ways is the number of windmills and windpumps encountered on the route, many of which are restored to working order and open to visitors. A feature of all Langton's Guides is that they are updated annually, with a free update sheet available to purchasers. Other features include information on pubs, shops, banks, trains and taxis; and accommodation details, such as price bands and facilities, on 150 hotels, inns and B&Bs.
