Synopsis

Fascinating recent discoveries in the world of science, nature and technology. A leopard that changed its spots, a robot doctor, an invisibility cloak and a creature that sees with its feet. They all sound far-fetched but are just some of the our most recent scientific discoveries. Stunningly illustrated and in clear, straightforward language, this book will amaze both young and old. It is a must-read for anyone curious about the diet of Neanderthals, the presence of life on Mars, and of course, what a mane means to a lion.
