The USANTIUM citizenry becomes habituated to a new, yet unknown, unfolding milieu in USANTIUM. DYSTOPIA 2084: Truly Out of The Western World is an expose of the all-powerful yet autocratic praxis brought to bear on a sovereign nation state under the all-disruptive governance of a reigning-ruling Divine King-President.

In a concise prescient polemic, Rogers OKOT-UMA wod’Olobo [aka ROGERS wod'Olobo OKOT-UMA] tells it all. Early in his reign-rule, the megalomaniacal cult-king Stratus is quick to direct his whims to carrying out the reigns of unaccountable and highly disruptive governance in USANTIUM. First, in a feverish sweep of implementation of a disruptive governance machinery, Stratus moves to consolidate his grip on power through the proclamation of a series of draconian measures – all backed by executive fiats signed by him as President, orders Cleaning the Augean Stable of USANTIUM, by ‘clearing away all corruption’, and ‘improving efficiency’. Stratus revels in post-truth polity, fills his Cabinet [the ENSEMBLE] with a large proportion of affluent members, sets up a justice system [the JUSTICIA] that assigns rules of inference that return FALSE POSITIVES for the ever-do-wells and FALSE NEGATIVES for the never-do-wells in respect of the peoples of USANTIUM. Stratus positions “USANTIUM First is NOT USANTIUM Alone” as synonymous with an enigma of a nation state overwhelmed by autarky in USANTIUM and propensity for ‘transactional’ tariff wars directed to all countries of the world. Stratus revels in extra-territorial land-grab and expropriation using USANTIUM’s might. Stratus deliberately limits degrees of freedom of social media platforms, and subjects the USANTIUM citizenry to a 24/7 watching eye of the EAGLE-EYE OFFICE, ostensibly for Health, Safety and Security of the nation.

In an apparent flight of frenzy, Stratus orders the creation of genetically engineered human species of specialist super-soldiers dubbed Neo-Spartans, fiercely loyal to his cause and patriotically inseparable from USANTIUM as a nation-state and the synthesis of Artificial Consciousness–embodied AI-embedded human-like bots with capability for moral reasoning and adaptability in natural dynamic environments. Stratus also orders the synthetico-creation of posthumans, beings that transcend the limitations of human biology, often through technological enhancements.

An Armageddon is sparked when Stratus’s genetically engineered super-soldiers clash with the artificial consciousness–embodied AI-embedded human-like bots , in a civil war so devastating that the very foundation of the infallibility of Stratus’s empire fell victim to obliteration to silence. USANTIUM, once a shining beacon of autocratic power, degenerates into a wasteland of charred buildings, ruined technology, and mass graves. Stratus, now reigning and ruling over nothing but a dead empire, walks the empty corridors of his Imperial Palace and Presidential Office. His regime has survived - but at what cost?
