Biographie de l'auteur

Rene La Sagne was born in LaSagne Switzerland, and served as a sous chef in a bottom bucket hotel in Paris until he was sacked for taking a lunch hour. On holiday in Sharm El Sheikh, Rene fell in love with his princess, and followed her back to Paisley, where he opened the Maison du Mince. His book (and the follow up THe Kitchen Assault Course for Men) is an ideal gift for the man - or woman - in your life who either lives by, or loathes, mince.
