Synopsis

À propos de l'auteur

George MacDonald was born in Aberdeenshire in 1824, the direct descendent of the MacDonalds of Glen Coe. A Congregationalist minister, he became a writer and poet, and wrote many of his best works in Italy where he lived for twenty years. He knew all the great authors of the 19th century and was counted among them.
