Kellina Stewart has been trained in the original method of Pilates by both Cynthia Lochard, an ex-ballet dancer of the New York City Ballet, and Romana Kryzanowska, one of the last remaining links with Joseph Pilates himself. Before training in the Pilates method, Kellina was a fitness instructor for 15 years, and has been a personal trainer to various celebrities in the UK and US.
