Called to the Bar in 1980 and made Queen's Counsel in 2000, he is one of the leading authorities on housing law and practice. Deirdre Forster is a solicitor and partner at Powell Forster Solicitors in London, specialising in disrepair, homelessness, leasehold disputes and personal injury. Beatrice Prevatt is a barrister at Garden Court Chambers in London, practising in all areas of housing
