It isn't often a new book on any subject shows signs of being well researched, well written and nicely presented but this is definitely one of them. The author has gone to a lot of trouble to set down his ideas on modern hand analysis clearly, concisely and extremely authoritatively. He has employed a wide selection of good, clear illustrations by way of prints and line drawings that interpret the text well... This is a modern approach, he uses the 4-element style of hand shapes, Fire, Earth, Air and Water, and very good they are too there are no old-fashioned methods here. I was very impressed by the chapter on health matters. This section shows very good signs of being well researched indeed. With a good set of reference books listed in the back he has completed a palmistry work that needs to be on the shelves of any aspiring or presently practising professional. Dubbed 'palmist to the stars' by The Guardian, Frank Clifford is the author of a dozen books on palmistry and astrology, and principal of the London School of Astrology, where he teaches both subjects.
