Biographie de l'auteur

Jenny Barber is an independent early years trainer and consultant, who delivers training for local authorities and in child care settings. She has previously worked as a tutor in sixth form colleges and a quality manager for a day nursery chain. Sharon Paul-Smith is an Early Years quality improvement mentor for a local authority and also tutors qualification courses on the early years. She has previously worked as a leader in a pre-school setting.
