Jenny Beeken is the author of Yoga Of The Heart and Your Yoga Bodymap, Don't Hold Your Breath And Ancient Wisdom. Sally Townsend had a successful career as a midwife before her untimely death in 2008, having completed a first draft of the book. Jenny and Sally met through Jenny's yoga school, 'Inner Yoga', in Petersfield, Hampshire, where Jenny still lives.
