John G. Murphy and Jason Dunne, who together have more than 30 years of experience as solicitors in urban, rural and agricultural areas, have written this guidebook to help single, married, separated, divorced and co-habiting people with their inheritance and succession plans. John is a member of the criminal legal aid panel, the family civil legal aid panel, and the legal panel for Mental Health tribunals, his extensive client base including private, business, corporate and State sectors. Jason has more than 20 years experience in law, and deals with wills, probate, related litigation, and tax issues for clients in Ireland and abroad.
