He specialises, and has 15 years' experience, in the field of directors' and officers' labiality, and is currently involved in claims against directors in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Far East and the United States. Mr Smerdon has become a leading authority on the interrelationship between D&O insurance and indemnification, and lectures widely on the subject.
