Absolutely Amazing! ***** Stars for amazon.com Glenn Harrison was born in one of the roughest parts of Sheffield, England, UK, in 1954. Times were tough, and his family had little or no loving interaction with him. Glenn learned at a very early age that if he was going to survive, he had to grow up and grow up fast. Survival of the fittest; was his motto and way of living his life. He had a few people around him that were of a religious nature, but life itself taught Glenn that the only person he could really believe in - was himself. He admits that he was a devoted atheist, until one day, things began to change in his life and fate itself turned him in a much different direction. Meeting his beautiful and talented wife Jill was one of the first steps towards his enlightenment. Naturally psychic since birth Jill tried to hide her gift; from him, but eventually started sharing her talents with him. Jill has the ability to channel a very high divine dimension, a dimension where the Archangels can use her as a medium and share their knowledge with the world. Archangel Metatron, the highest of all of the Archangels (some even call this very special Archangel the Holy Spirit of God, which I believe with all my heart that he is), can communicate to us very special messages through Jill. Only a very special talented soul like Jill's has the ability to receive such important messages. Messages of faith, hope, serenity, tranquility, and most of all undeniable TRUTH! Glenn knows without a doubt, as do many of us working on our spiritual paths, that dogmatic religions are big business and generate lots of money off of the people who have low self-esteem and are looking for some special healing and truthful answers for their lives. The problem is, they are like sheep being herded into these man-made dogma's, with blinders on, and their wallets open. As long as they are willing to give and give and give of their hard earned money, then they are more than welcome into the fold. Glenn knew that there had to be a better way and soon Jill began channeling the Archangels with a very special message for Glenn. Start writing and share your pain with the world. The Archangels, especially Metatron, began channeling to Glenn all that he needed to know to share the truth about life, death, reincarnation, and so many other fantastic topics, so that we could finally know the truth! Cashing in on GOD; What the Churches don't want you to know about God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Bible; is a must read for anyone on the spiritual path that wants to break away from the man-made controlling dogma's that were created to control our minds, our souls, and our pocket books. Glenn Harrison's life went from being a devoted atheist to following a very spiritual path that can help millions. He has been directly called upon by the Divine Energy of the Most High to show us all the way, the truth, and the light! Glenn and Jill are a marvelous team and now they have become motivational speakers who will travel anywhere in the world to share what they have learned, and will continue to learn, from these unconditionally loving Divine Archangels who desire for us all to have a happier, more fulfilled, and joyful way of living our lives. I totally enjoyed this wonderful book. Thank you so much Glenn and Jill for sharing with me, and the world, all you have come to know. I believe that this is the first in a series of more inspiring books to come. Anyone on the spiritual path of truth, hope, love, and light will understand the divine messages and hold them dear to their hearts. Cashing in on God; is a life changing book for anyone truly open to receiving the truth. The messages have trance-channelled by Jill Harrison. --Record kept in our office to comply with Trading Standards.
I'm Glenn Harrison. I was born and raised in Sheffield in the County of Yorkshire in England, UK. My family were far removed from the spiritual and religious faiths, so I grew up to become a confirmed atheist. In fact, my logical, cynical mind grew to detest religion and detest hearing the words Jesus and God, used out of other people's closed doors. I grew to detest singing hymns at school; and cringed as I got married at the age of 22 in a 'Church of England' Christian church, listening to the Vicar's speech. I was only doing it to appease my wife to be. I had no belief in God, angels or spirits. As far as I was concerned, you were born; sh*t happened; and then you died. Circle of life. Candle's out. Worm fodder. Ironically, the records will show that I'm a Christian, baptised in The Church of England. Back in the 1950's; and I guess even today to a certain extent; it was traditional to baptise a child if you were British; even if you weren't a practising Christian. It was programmed into the masses: Have a child and throw a party so that everyone in the family can see the child. Might as well make it happen in a church; it's free. Don't really have to be religious. But it's the done thing; isn't it? Plus we can all get dressed up in our 'Sunday best' and it's a good excuse for the blokes to get to the pub. You get your photo taken too. Yet no-one seemed to care whether or not the child would want to be baptised. Too late when they grow up and can make decisions for themselves; they're already baptised. I'd scoff at spiritualists, church sermons, prayer, 'Born again Christians', grace at meal times; and anyone who was thankful to 'The Lord'. I was bitter in my youth and walked around with a big chip on my shoulder, feeling that life owed me something. In 1995 the God Channel appeared on satellite T.V. Talk about laugh when I saw it. I'd watch it from time-to-time because there were some good motivational speakers on the channel. I was launching my speaking career; and although I wasn't happy with the content of their speeches, watching some of the speakers gave me some speaking tips. I'd no idea how this programme would come back to haunt me later, with a different agenda. Not for what the speakers were preaching; but for how passionate they could be about a subject which was misleading so many people. You see; I was the typecast non-believer. I didn't believe in God, Jesus, the Bible or spiritualism in any way. We western male non-believers seem to have a collective word for it all: Bollocks!A" The number of times I've heard that response from men when you talk (in particular) about spiritualism. And that was me; for years. That is; until I was with Jill in 1997 at the age of 43. We met in 1994. I was just about to hit 40 and Jill was 29. She waited three years before she dropped the bombshell on me that she was psychic. She told me she didn't want me to know at first in case it frightened me away from her. At the time, we were living in a house that had been built, only about 6 years earlier, on land purchased from a church. It was the far end of the church graveyard. The church was 15th century, standing 100 yards from our house. The nearest graves were only about 30 yards away. As time went by, many spirits would appear in our home. Jill would describe them in the finest detail. The vast majority were friendly; but some were evil. Having a great thirst for knowledge, and having known Jill for 3 years, it was difficult to ignore this intelligent, rational, focussed woman, when she told me about the after-life. I guess at first I just played along with it, so as not to offend her; but she never rammed it down my throat, and as time went by, there was less and less that I could find fault with. My world, that I thought I knew, was about to be shattered.
