Mark O'Neill is an IT Professional with 20 years' experience, including senior roles and large scale ITSM and Infrastructure implementation programmes. He has extensive experience in Best Practice consultancy and training. Recently appointed Head of Service Management and Green IT Learning Consultancy, he was responsible for developing the first officially accredited Green IT training course.
