This well established guide to the law as it relates to corporate and retail banking cuts to the core of the legal rules. This text has always been concerned primarily with the private law relationship between banks and their customers, although this has become increasingly subject to regulation, and so it also covers all the regulations that impact on the contractual relationships in banking. Few cases on these new issues have come to court so there is reference to decisions on these issues by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
