Sam has worked in media for over 15 years, starting in the music industry as a PR. He worked with Kylie, Girls Aloud, Bjork, Pet Shop Boys and many more before moving into journalism. Sam then had 4 columns for Now Magazine for over 4 years doing the party column and various gossip pages. He also wrote a column for Loaded, Shoot magazine Zip on a subject which became The Insider. Sam presents on radio on Vibe FM as well as various guest slots on Heart Radion on the Breakfast show.

He is also a presenter on Yahoo and Sun Online and a regular contributor on Channel 5 commenting on celebrity lifestlye and current events.

He has a regular acclaimed blog for the Huntington Post which regualrly leads to big social discussion about a wide array of various different subjects. He also is a regular contributor to Attitude, Closer magazine.
