His film The Wicker Man won The Saturn Award for Best Horror Film in 1979, consistently rates in Amazon's top 100, and is widely acknowledged as a classic of its genre. Robin's fiction includes The Education of Don Juan and Don Juan's New World. He has also worked for television in India, Japan and England. He is married and has eight children.
