This tragic event inspired Benji to create a new kind of bedtime reading experience were parents could express their love for their children at the end of each day. In pursuit of this goal, educated in University College Dublin with a BA, BSC and Masters in International Business, Benji left his job as a senior marketing manager with a global telecoms company and established Adam's Printing Press (www.adamscloud.com) in Adam's memory. Now a household name frequently appearing on TV, Benji, with 8 Bestsellers under his belt, makes his debut in the U.S. with the publication of his first book Before you Sleep on October 5th 2016. Adam's Illustrator, Roxanne Burchartz, wanted to be a comic book artist since she was a kid. She later found she wanted to make drawings 'move' and discovered the world of animation. In 2008 she was assigned to work as the sole illustrator on a book written by a then unkonwn and first time author Benji. Deeply inspired by Benji's story, Roxanne produced award winning work leading to the bestselling and Irish Book Award Winning "Before You Sleep." Roxanne now works and lives in Kilkenny City as a freelance artist, Lecturer in Motion Graphics, Sound Design & Digital Media Design at the Institute of Technology Carlow, Ireland. Roxanne continues to work closely with Benji as the sole illustrator on all Adam's Cloud books, creating 9 enchanted masterpieces with 2 Book awards and numerous award nominations.
