Dr. Lee Schlenker is Professor of Information Systems at the EM LYON and Director of the consulting firm LHST. Recipient of the EDSF prize for the use of technology in teaching, he currently teaches various graduate and management education courses in England, Finland, France, Italy and the Netherlands. He has led corporate training workshops, and directed consulting missions, for firms including Apple, Ernst & Young, France Telecom, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and SAP in the manufacturing, telecommunications, public works and service industries. He is the author of The Effective Organization (John Wiley & Sons, 2005) as well as numerous articles on technology and business in academic and trade publications. Kees Pronk is the Senior Director Partner & Field Operations at Microsoft EMEA Operations Centre in Dublin, Ireland, managing the strategic, business and operational services to System Builders, Distributors, Large Account Resellers and internal stakeholders across 62 subsidiaries. With over 20 years experience in the IT industry,Kees' previous roles have included being the Regional Director of the Information Worker Business and member of the Leadership Team in Central & Eastern Europe, Kees Pronk was responsible for the sales and marketing activities driving the organization's IWBG mission in over 20 countries. These activities included the focus on consumers, small businesses, as well as developers and enterprise organizations to market and sell both information products and services.
