Daire Coffey is Managing Director at Perspectives. She has over 25 years experience at senior management level in Marketing and General management roles. Daire lectures & coaches on various Leadership Development programmes and is a Business Mentor with the Dublin City Enterprise Board. She also provides one-to-one coaching. Deirdre Murray is Director of People Resources and works both nationally and internationally assisting leaders and teams achieve their highest potential through tailored Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. As an Adjunct Faculty member of the UCD Michael Smurfit School, Deirdre lectures on leadership and cross-cultural management, strategic change and organisational behaviour.
