Synopsis

SEEDS OF AMARANTH-Recovering the Caskets A spiritually inspired story, bringing through ancient wisdom. This is the first part of a trilogy that links between contemporary times and the priests and priestesses in the last Golden Age of Atlantis. A casket from the ancient past is found on a Cornish beach, and the mystery of its contents gradually reveal themselves to four 21st Century people. There are others rescuing two more caskets and their contents. These people travel between time zones, to Atlantis in that Golden Age, and also to other less golden time zones to retrieve components of these caskets. They have many allies in their quest. Restoration will bring peace to Atlantis and to the present day in the 21st Century, and maybe all time!

À propos de l?auteur

Throughout my life I have been an artist, and also taken an interest in healing, somehow wanting to combine the two. I began by studying furniture design at Newcastle Polytechnic in 1972-5 obtaining a BA Hons degree. I then went to London to work as a textile design assistant, later as a potter in Scotland and northern England. During a period between jobs I began a series of paintings, trying to depict the spirit of a place, which evolved into the subtle energies or meditative imagery of various sites, including trees, skies and ancient sites. Since then I continued in a variety of jobs; pottery work, office and care work, until I became married and had a son in 1995. The inspiration had continued as I began to work on producing lots of paintings of ancient sites, exhibiting my art work in Cumbria, the south west, Anglesey and Northumbria. This was all leading towards producing books eventually, begun once I was married.
