Simon Majumdar is the author of two bestselling food & travel memoir, Eating for Britain and Eat My Globe. Simon has written for numerous magazines, newspapers and websites, including The Guardian, The Times, The Daily Beast and Rachel Ray Magazine. He is also one of the three recurring judges on Season Five of the hit Food Network show "The Next Iron Chef" and has also become a regular on many other Food Network shows including "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", "Extreme Chef", and "Iron Chef America".
