À propos de l'auteur

Frank is a REPs Level 4 Advanced Instructor and a member of the Fitness Industry Association. He has numerous qualifications to instruct various exercise classes and work with special needs clients to include those referred by their doctor for exercise and those diagnosed as obese. He has experience in gyms in the public sector, corporate sector and private member clubs and currently manages a team of fitness instructors and personal trainers at a leisure centre.
