Roger Bullock is the regular Commissioning Editor of Adoption & Fostering and a Fellow at the Centre for Social Policy, Warren House Group at Dartington. He has conducted numerous seminal research studies and produced well over 100 publications, many of international repute. John Simmonds is Director of Policy, Research and Development at BAAF and was previously Head of Social Work Programmes at Goldsmiths College, University of London. He is a qualified social worker with substantial experience in child protection, family placement and residential care settings and has published widely.
