Dan Hughes is a clinician specialising in the treatment of children and young people with severe emotional and behavioural problems. His treatment is family-centred, with parents actively involved in their child's treatment, as well as addressing their own attachment histories. He is the originator of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy - also known as Attachment-Focused Family Therapy. He is renowned worldwide for his publications and training on these subjects.
