is a consultant at The Technology Partnership in London.

Ken Wexler has assisted North American and European companies with their alliance andacquisitions strategy and implementation. He is president of New Business Search & Development International Corporation, with offices in Old Saybrook., Connecticut and Breda, Holland.

PeterJ. LaPlaca is Professor of Marketing at the University of Connecticut. His research interests include analysis of strategic alliances for manufacturing companies and business-to-business service providers.
