Sandy Watson is the Children and Families Development Manager for G4S Care and Justice Services. She has pioneered work with the children and families of offenders and was given a Butler Trust Prison Award in recognition of her work. She is married with four children.

Sheron Rice worked as the Senior Editor of national charity Care for the Family for over 30 years. She has been involved in editing a range of bestselling books, including the Sixty Minute series on parenting and family life.
