GK Beatty's life has not been boring. From a small town Kentucky farmboy, to a well-known radio personality, then becoming a Baptist minister, and now a published author.  

Thru it all, one thing was common to each stop in the highway - writing. While the subject focus changed, upon arrival at each destination, the talent was always there to express what was going on in the "theatre of the mind". 

Now, GK gets to live the dream, relive the memories and write about one of his greatest loves, the American Western. As he often states, "life is still good!"
